Our A/C stopped blowing on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Arc at about 9 PM for an emergency repair. The man who answered explain what he believed with the issue was and had me turn off the air, but turn on the fan to melt ice that was on the inside of the unit that we could not see. He said he would send someone in the morning, because there was nothing they could do until the ice melted. The next morning I got a call that they were on the way, and the service man showed up timely and worked on the furnace. He talked to my husband about what he was doing, what caused the problem, and what we need to do better. I really appreciated the quick response the professionalism and the help from this company. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk to me the night before to start working on the problem. I highly recommend this company due to their knowledge, quick response, professionalism, and honesty!! ~ Susan D

Purchased our home a year prior and had been noticing the upstairs was significantly hotter than expected. This year I gave a call to Arc for them to do a service check and Tom came out. He was very personable and professional, he clearly had a lot of experience. He answered all of my questions as a new homeowner. Turns out a capacitor was bad which I asked him to replace (he showed me the readings). Ever since then our upstairs has been MUCH cooler, what an easy fix! I've been a loyal customer for almost 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed with any of your services. Your technicians know their stuff and are always professional and helpful. Getting an appointment is easy and not unheard of to get one the same day. When my A/C went out late last night you were able to get Mike to the rescue this morning. The problem was complex but Mike was able to sort everything out and get my A/C unit up and running. Much appreciation for all the excellent customer service! ~ birdylola

My wife and I needed to update the electric at our house in Erlanger and called Arc for an estimate. They sent Fred and Jeff out the same day to check out the needed repairs. The job required a new service line installed and a new breaker box. Also to be up to code, the meter had to be moved outside. The entire job only took one day and a couple of hours the next day and the cost was much less than we expected. Thanks to Jeff, Fred, Tony and Doris for all the help! Had a team of 3 guys come out to my house this morning. They installed 2 new ceiling fans, fixed the wiring on a bathroom exhaust fan gone wrong and put it on a new separate switch, and they fixed a bathroom outlet that was not working. They did a great job, made sure everything was completed the way I wanted, and definitely went above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely use them again when I replace the other fixtures and fix the remaining electrical issues in the house. ~ Austin A

Late evening call, furnace quit working, after talking with Tom and troubleshooting over the phone narrowed down problem to blower motor control module. He gave me multiple options for repair, costs for each option. Serviceman came next day after getting part, installed, and all is well. Great service, appreciated that Tom listened to me. Called on a Wednesday mid-afternoon and was told that unfortunately they would not be able to get out until Friday because of a busy schedule. But suddenly later that afternoon Mike showed up (he had finished another job ahead of schedule) and was able to repair our AC quickly. He was friendly and professional, explained everything and took the time to answer questions. The charge was reasonable and I would use them again. ~ Julie L

I can not say enough nice things about ARC and particularly Brent! Our a/c went out and other companies told us it would be 2 weeks to come out..ARC was out within an hour. Brent took the time to explain what happened, fixed the issue and gave us recommendations for follow-up service. He was very nice and professional. It was late Octiber, so it was getting colder and my furnance went out suddenly. I called ACE Electric to get an estimate because they were the ones that had installed the furnance in my house 23 years prior. I purchased the in 2013, 12 years ago. I also called one other company just to get an estimate. ARC had a more reasonable estimate and they were able to install a new furnance in a few days for what I thought was a reasonable price. I am retired working a part-time job so I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for a new furnance. I had good credit, but that was a lot of money. Tom with ARC worked with me to allow me to pay 6 months same ad cash to allow me time to get reasonable financing. The service guys that installed the furnance seemed young, but they were very knowledgeable. They answered all of my quedtions and had the furnace installed and operationable that day before dark. I love this new furnance. It has been a month now, but I can rell this furnance is much more efficient than the old furnace. They had the part on the truck. I did call early, within a few minutes at the start of their day, but they had a HVAC tech to the house within 2 hours. Repair wasn't expensive either, under $300. For heat the same day you call, I didn't feel price gouged. Summary 1) Fast 2) Parts on truck 3) Professional tech 4) Friendly office staff 5) Clean That is a 5 out of 5!!! ~ David B

Our central air went out today and called one company, who came and stated that the whole system needed to be replaced, for a total of $6200. Had used ARC Electric before, they came, and said that there just were some minor issues with the compressor and bearings, and ended up fixing the system for around $400. Very honest company, whom I would highly recommend! ~ a4skyraider

Electric went out for half of my daughter’s house. Called ARC Electric and they got there very quickly. Problem was quickly diagnosed as an outside connection from the pole. Preston was very knowledgeable and professional. The cost to fix the problem was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these folks. ~ David L

I recently had Arc Electric get my furnace working and also diagnose an electrical problem I had with low voltage. They came in a timely manner, knew exactly what the problem was in both cases and had me back to normal quickly and at a reasonable cost. When your electric goes out and you have over 10 components that are reliable on it, you tend to panic. On top of that you are 9 hours away, this is a problem.
