Customer's reviews
ARC did amazing work for us at a competitive rate. We purchased an older home and as we were preparing to move in, we kept uncovering issue after issue, including some major electrical problems. ARC was able to instal a new panel and upgrade the service for in record time at an unbeatable price and were willing to work with us and our budget. If you’re looking for a company to beat the big box guys, look no further! Everyone we have spoken with has been nothing but helpful and communicative. They’ve got our business for as long as we’re in the area!!

Our A/C stopped blowing on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Arc at about 9 PM for an emergency repair. The man who answered explain what he believed with the issue was and had me turn off the air, but turn on the fan to melt ice that was on the inside of the unit that we could not see. He said he would send someone in the morning, because there was nothing they could do until the ice melted. The next morning I got a call that they were on the way, and the service man showed up timely and worked on the furnace. He talked to my husband about what he was doing, what caused the problem, and what we need to do better. I really appreciated the quick response the professionalism and the help from this company. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk to me the night before to start working on the problem. I highly recommend this company due to their knowledge, quick response, professionalism, and honesty!!

We have been customers of ARC Electric for 40+ years. Dallas came to perform service on our air conditioner and humidifier on 8/5/26. Dallas is a professional in every way—efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and outgoing as he performs his job. He has come to our rescue on several occasions demonstrating that knowledge base he has and we deeply appreciate his services. In the future, we plan to ask for his deployment as our service professional when we need HVAC assistance from ARC. Mike & Mary Ryan
