ARC did amazing work for us at a competitive rate. We purchased an older home and as we were preparing to move in, we kept uncovering issue after issue, including some major electrical problems. Our A/C stopped blowing on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Arc at about 9 PM for an emergency repair. The man who answered explain what he believed with the issue was and had me turn off the air, but turn on the fan to melt ice that was on the inside of the unit that we could not see. He said he would send someone in the morning, because there was nothing they could do until the ice melted. The next morning I got a call that they were on the way, and the service man showed up timely and worked on the furnace. He talked to my husband about what he was doing, what caused the problem, and what we need to do better. I really appreciated the quick response the professionalism and the help from this company. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk to me the night before to start working on the problem. I highly recommend this company due to their knowledge, quick response, professionalism, and honesty!! ~ Susan D
I've been a loyal customer for almost 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed with any of your services. Your technicians know their stuff and are always professional and helpful. Getting an appointment is easy and not unheard of to get one the same day. When my A/C went out late last night you were able to get Mike to the rescue this morning. The problem was complex but Mike was able to sort everything out and get my A/C unit up and running. Much appreciation for all the excellent customer service! ~ birdylola
